Soft Scrable w/ Ham

 

2 Eggs per serving

Ham - sliced how you like it - honey glazed

Sliced bread for toast

 

Cooking:

1. Butter pan.

2. Crack eggs into pan.

3. Immediately break the yolks and swirl gently in pan.

4. Gather eggs into 1 shape and let cook for 1 minute.

5. If eggs are still too wet, turn up your heat.

6. If they are nearly cooked on the bottom yet still runny they are ready for flipping.

7. Carefully flip your 1 egg shape mass and let cook for another minute and 30 seconds.

* Note: cook longer for consistency desired - soft or well done, etc.

 

8. Take egg out when its done and place ham in pan.

9. Lay out slices without overlaying on top of each other.

10. Let this cook for 3 minutes each side or until browning.

 

Toast:

Set toast setting to highest Medium setting for maximum crunch without the scorching of the toast.

 

Serve with Black Cherry Jam & Jalapeno Jelly!
